The British Open Kendo Taikai 2009 was held at Sussex University, near Brighton, on Sunday 5th July 2009. The results for the Mens, Ladies and Senior competitions were as follows:

Chiba Summer Seminar & British Open Taikai
An exciting new seminar with one of the most well known Japanese sensei – Chiba Masashi Sensei, 8th Dan Hanshi – will take place at the University of Sussex, Brighton, July 3rd, 4th & 5th 2009. The event will also host the British Open Taikai (Competition) and a grading to 5th Dan level.
