14th WKC – Brazil, Sao Paulo – 2009

UK Men’s team lost to USA by 3 matches to one, with one draw, in the 1st round.  USA went on to be runner’s up.  UK did not enter a Women’s team.

13th WKC – Taipei – 2006

UK squad made the final eight ie UK Mens team got to the 1/4 finals. The ladies captain, Alex Burch, and Stuart Gibson were awarded fighting spirit awards.


12th WKC – Glasgow – July 2003

The event, held in the UK, is covered extensively in BKA NewsOnline August 2003. Both the UK men’s and women’s teams reached the top 16 in their competitions
