Jodo Manual - help please!

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the latest ZNKR Jodo manual (in english) from???

According to the ZNKR website they are 'sold out'... and my guess is if the ZNKR are sold out then I doubt anyone else will have any... It doesn't say when (or if) they will be coming back in stock either...
