A bit about me: I have studied Iaido and Jodo for many years and am one of the first students of Chris Mansfield Sensei, when Iaido and Jodo were first introduced to the UK. I am the Dojo Leader for Seishinkan South West London, which practices both arts in Tooting and Streatham venues. I was a member of the Constitutional Working party that developed the new Constitution for the BKA. In a professional capacity I am a lead negotiator for the Performers’ Union Equity and am currently Head of the Live Performance Department.

A bit about me: Counting beans for a living can be very exciting (LOvL). When calm enough to do other things I practice Reiki, have practiced Karate (Wado Ryu) and Aikido in my youth, and recently have taken up Kyudo. I enjoy reading crime novels, travelling, and paying to keep my BMW on the road.

A bit about me: Born, 1966, Crawley in West Sussex (aka Gatwick Airport). Started kendo at 16, but I went to Uni and stopped (no dojo for 60 miles :-( Came back 18 years later. Once stood for Parliament. Am also studying Naginata. Um. That’s it.
