Constitutional amendments for the 2010 AGM published

Dear Members,

The National Committee of the BKA would like to propose the following (see Word document download here) changes to the constitution at the AGM (Saturday, 22 May 2010).

These recommendations are based on our experiences over the past year. Some of the changes are already in effect via the Special Powers given to the NC, on the condition that all uses of Special Powers are reported to the AGM for ratification (or otherwise). Some of the recommendations are not yet adopted, but we think they will improve the constitution. ALL the proposals must be approved/not approved by you – the members – at the AGM.
