New Kendo Begineers Guide Published

beginners-booklet-2009--2-1Terry Holt sensei has written a new guide for those begining their kendo careers (and it has many useful tips for the more experienced too!)

A free download is available here

Holt sense advises that the booklet can be printed out in a very nice A5 book if your printer supports Duplex or double sided printing and in colure.  In addition, it is available from  Mumeishi in hard copy on nice heavy paper at only  £2.50 each – either at the dojo or by post (a small postage charge will be added).

For more information, please contact Holt sensei at mumeishi@mumeishi.co.uk
