Online Payment for Events and Membership

We have been working on an online membership management, payment and event registration system for the BKA.
The first stage of this is to allow existing members to register and be able to see and edit their information online – eg grading status, coach status, current contact details, insurance level etc.  You can also print off a copy of your membership certificate which also confirms your insurance.
We are now launching this to all members. Please register yourself and check your personal details and basically familiarise yourself with the system. To do this you will need your BKA number and your current year insurance number. This is the 6 digit number 90XXXX which is unique to you and printed on your membership documentation you received when you joined or renewed. Once registered, you will be able to add your one logon and password to make future logons easier.
If any data in your record is incorrect, please change this if you are able, or let the Membership Secretary, Malcolm Smalley, know. Email : member.secretary@kendo.org.uk
If your address is incorrect you can change this.
If your dojo is not shown or not showing your correct activities, or if the wrong dojo is shown, you can amend this by removing the dojo (to delete incorrect entries) and Add Dojo or add or modify the bu carried out. Please note that in all these cases an email is sent to the dojo so they can confirm your membership. (ie “sign your form”). Dojo leaders and secretaries have had a couple of weeks to familiarise themselves with this prior to this launch to all members.
If your grade is incorrect or some of the past gradings are missing or incorrect please send Malcolm Smalley copies of your menjo and he will add them. Please do not email scanned copies but mail hard copies by surface mail:

If you have any problems either in the usage of the system, or encounter bugs, please let Malcolm know . While we have been testing this for some time, different users always find different ways of breaking things!
